Why free?
Simple: I'm building my client base in Gunma and Saitama, and I'd rather show you what I can do than tell you.

What you get
1. A 2-hour assessment session - at your office or remote. Together we look at five areas:
- Costs & contracts - what you pay, what you actually use
- Security - antivirus, passwords, MFA, updates
- Backup & recovery - what happens if your main computer dies tomorrow?
- Infrastructure & cloud - devices, network, email, servers
- Productivity - repetitive tasks that could be automated
2. A written report (5–8 pages) - delivered within 5 business days. In plain language, not tech jargon:
- What's working well (yes, I'll tell you that too)
- What's at risk, and why it matters
- Quick wins you can do yourself, for free - no strings attached
- Your estimated savings potential in yen per year
3. An optional follow-up call - if you'd like me to walk you through the report. No pitch. Just answers.
What this is NOT

Who am I?
I'm Pier Alberto Pierini, an IT consultant based in Fujioka, Gunma, with about 30 years of experience. I work in English, French, and Italian - and I'm learning Japanese, so sessions in Japanese work fine with translation support.
I run a one-person business: when you contact me, you talk to me. No call center, no account manager, no junior technician showing up instead. My paid services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee - but this page isn't about those. This is about your free health check.
Why only 3 per month?
Because I do it properly. Each health check takes me about 7 hours of real work - 2 hours with you, then 4+ hours analyzing and writing your report. I won't rush that, so I limit it to 3 businesses per month.

How it works

- We schedule your 2-hour session - at your office in Gunma or Saitama, or remote anywhere in Japan.
- You receive your report within 5 business days, plus an optional call to discuss it.
That's all. No step 4.
Common questions
Ideally: someone who knows your IT setup, and recent IT invoices or contracts if you have them. If you don't, we work with what's there.
Yes. Everything is confidential and handled in line with Japan's personal data protection law (APPI). I don't copy or take any of your data, and my notes are deleted on request.
No problem. Sessions run in English, French, or Italian, and Japanese works well with translation tools. The report can be delivered in the language you prefer.
There isn't one. Three businesses per month get a free, professional look at their IT. Some of them later become my clients. That's the whole business model.
